Time for a new location! St. Maarten is waiting for us! Think white-sand beaches, turquoise ocean waters and lovely views, that will do it.

St. Maarten is a Dutch colony, while St. Martin is French, so the two sides of the island have their own distinctive vibe and flavor.

Let’s kick our vacation off with a 2019 SANCERRE LES BARONNES, HENRI BOURGEOIS:

👀  pale lemon

👃  Pronounced aromas of lime, green, apple, gunflint, a little grassiness.

👅 A harmonic wine with citric flavours, balanced by some ripe tropical and yellow orchard fruits. With some green grassiness tot the noise. Juicy & crisp  Good acidity. Some minimality to it.

A typical Sancerre style. Subtle yet powerful and harmonic.

Cheers and have a fab #winemonday my friends!
