Les Adrets - Graff - Bougrier - Tasting

“Preserve your memories, keep them well, what you forget you can never retell.” — Louisa May Alcott

It is about cherishing all kinds of memories, stories, laughter, arguments, joys and so much more.

They day after an ordinary weekday. A friend stops by, and it result in a recap of the wines from all over:

Les Adrets - Bandol 2018. Beautiful garnet red dress with purple reflections. The nose reveals a bouquet of aromas of strawberries, blackberry and blackcurrant. These are complemented by hints of mild spicy notes. The finish is marked by intensity and elegance.

Graff - Shiraz 2019. - Ruby color with purple tint . The nose has mixed nuances of spicy pepper, floral aromas (lavender) and red fruits (blackberries). On the palate it is powerful, elegant and clean wine. Well-structured and balanced, the tannins are soft, the finish is long

Bougrier - Touraine 2021 - Pale yellow with greenish shades. Tropical nose of lemon, lime, mango, lychee. Medium body. Medium acidity.

Alright…time to go make some new memories. I wonder which little moments from this year we’ll each recall decades from now. 🤔❤️

Have a beautiful Wednesday! What memories will you make today?
