Tomorrow is the day!
So time for champagne. You need to believe that it is not the result that is the most important, but rather the action in getting there and then also doing it. Of course, the result is a nice add on. Guess its another reason to open a bottle.
It's time to pop open a bottle of champagne! I believe: it's not just about the end result, it's also about the journey and the action taken to achieve it. Although the result is a sweet reward, the process of getting there is equally important.
So let's celebrate both the hard work with a glass of bubbly (guess it’s just another excuse to open a bottle 😛
What do we have: Champagner Vieilles Vignes Grand Cru - André Roger
👀 Gold color = bright straw yellow with some golden highlights
👃 on the nose a nice powerful bouquet with a variety of aromas of White peaches, candied lemons, blueberries, red berries, blackcurrant
👅 These aromas are reflected on the palate. A round body, berries with a spicy finish, and a lingering strength.
This champagne is 100% made out of the Pinot Noir grape! Tasty!
Vinification of Champagne André Roger Vieilles Vignes Grand Cru. The grapes for this wonderful sparkling wine come from the individual layers Pierre Robert Haut, Tarclette and Varmery in the Grand Cru location Ay in the French wine-growing region Champagne. 💯
The harvest from the 45-year-old vines is carried out exclusively by hand and the grapes are immediately taken to the wine cellar. There the grapes are gently pressed whole.
This sparkling wine stays on the lees for at least 36 months. Ay’s unique terroir and even more exceptional artisanal winemaking skills showcase the sensory richness of the Pinot Noir grape in our champagnes.
Put simply, Intense. Energetic. Perfect tension. Remarkably unforgettable.
Celebrate the moments and toast to all the moments yet to be. 🤩🍾
To the moments and friendships! May they be as rich and unforgettable as a rare treat of a beautiful Champagne.
